It's Judilynn's recipe...I have it copied...so, assuming it is all right with her-here it is:

Turkey Pot Pie

1/3 cup butter

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup all purpose flour

½ t salt

1/4 t pepper

1-1/2 cup chicken broth

2/3 cup milk

2-1/2 to 3 cups cooked chicken

2 cups frozen mixed veggies (thawed)

Heat oven to 425º.

Line pie plate with crust.

Melt butter in med saucepan over med heat.

Add onion. Cook 2 - 3 minutes until tender.

Add flour, salt, pepper and stir well.

Gradually add broth and milk

Cook & stir until bubbly and thickened

Add chicken and mixed veggies. Stir well.

Pour into pie crust. Add top crust.

Bake 30-40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
