It was 26* here last night Pat so I know what you mean...but at least I didn't have snow! I sure hope you get to feeling better.

I'm going to try to get some yoga in before heading to work. I need it for the stretching if nothing else. I expedited food the last two days and that adds up to about 160 plates carried with a average weight of 25# per trip. And the room was LONG. Lol....I definitely got a workout in. I can carry up to 10 at a time if they aren't very heavy ( like lunch...chicken breast, broccoli and rice) but the dinners I keep at 8...and it sure made a difference that I wasn't serving between each run, but ran trays back to back. My arms, shoulders and lats are S.O.R.E I am suprised my legs aren't. Because to add to all that, the hallway in the conference center, from the banquet room to the kitchen is 3 feet shy of a football field length. And in a 15 hour day, I put on some serious mileage. I've worn a pedometer up there and clocked in 17 miles in a day.

I'd love to stay home today, do some yoga, take an epsom salt bath, curl up and read the day away! But I am off to get some things done and then go run an hor's dourves (sp) party for 130. I hope I can get all the food they ordered to fit on the buffet table. Unbelievable menu. Over 2,000 pcs of food! I'm going to try my best to ignore the tortillini skewers with the parmesan dipping sauce. But...you know... i REALLY am supposed to taste my food before I take put it out
